Welcome Committee
The purpose of the Welcome Committee is to meet and welcome our new residents and to make them aware of the many amenities our Community offers. We suggest that they register on FRSConnect to have full access to all HOA information, as well as personal account information and to get answers to FAQ's. We extend an invitation to attend our regularly scheduled Board Meetings and that a way is provided for residents that cannot attend to call in from home. We also answer any questions they may have.
We take a gift bag to each home that includes a Crawford Farms Welcome Guide, along with a few "goodies". The residents are delighted with the gift bag and appreciate the visit!
The Welcome Committee began delivering gift bags in June, 2016 shortly after being approved by the Board as a way to reach out to our new residents. We are very proud of our Community, love living here and hope our new residents will too! We encourage them to become an active and vital part of everything that is available to them.
