HOA Committees


 

Architectural Advisory Committee
  Chair: Matt Mitchell, acc@crawfordfarmshoa.com

The AAC reviews applications for exterior improvements such as swimming pools, fencing changes, etc.  The committee also works with the board to interpret and enforce the protective covenants.

 

Wondering what stain to stain your fence?

The approved stain is Behr Cedar Nuetral Tone DP533
This replaces #716 of the same shade; only the number has changed.

Any other stain colors will require approval from the ACC Committee.

 Landscape Committee

The Landscape Committee serves as the "eyes" of the community and advises the manager of any landscaping needs. The committee also makes recommendations on long and short-term improvements, seasonal flowers, and general maintenance. They also coordinatethe "Yard-of-the-Month" and holiday decorating contests.

Social Committee

We welcome any new volunteers who would like to join the social committee.  For questions, contact Carrie Carson or Michele Stogsdill at social@crawfordfarmshoa.com

We initiate and plan social events for the community.  Activities range from holiday events to theme-oriented children's parties.

Safety Committee

The Safety Committee organizes a neighborhood crime watch and works with the local police department to help prevent crime and communicate community safety concerns.  The committee also works with the City on traffic issues including cross walks, school zones, speed limit signs, etc.

Safety Report

Although we consider Crawford Farms to be a safe place to live and raise our families, there is criminal activity going around us, from vandalism of automobiles to break-ins. 

To reach the Police Department in the case of  a non-emergency  please call 817-335-4222.

Our local Police substation is located at 7451 North Beach Street. The representative for Crawford Farms will is Ms. Tammy Towns 817-994-3428.

Pool Committee

The Crawford Farms Pool Committee is a group of residents who work together to help enforce pool rules, make decisions on purchases of pool accessories, and plan for the future of the Crawford Farms Swim Club.

For pool reservations, please email reservations@premiercommunities.net, or fax the pool reservations form to Premier Communities, or call 214-451-5419.

For pool cards, please call 817-380-7000.
