Architectural
Advisory Committee
The
AAC reviews applications
for exterior improvements such as swimming pools, fencing changes, etc.
The committee also works with the board to interpret and enforce the protective
covenants.

Communications Committee

The Communications
Committee keeps the community informed of all activities of the
association by preparing newsletters
and reminding residents of upcoming events.

Landscape
Committee

Chair: Peggy Jansen, landscape@crawfordfarmshoa.com
The
Landscape Committee serves as the "eyes" of the community and advises
the manager of any landscaping needs. The committee also makes recommendations
on long and short-term improvements, seasonal flowers, and general maintenance.
They also coordinate the "Yard-of-the-Month" and holiday decorating
contests.

The
Safety Committee organizes a neighborhood crime watch and works with the local
police department to help prevent crime and communicate community safety
concerns. The committee also works with the City on traffic issues
including cross walks, school zones, speed limit signs, etc.
Safety Report
Although we consider Crawford Farms to be a safe place to live and raise our
families, there is criminal activity going around us, from vandalism of
automobiles to break-ins.
To reach the Police Department in the case of a non-emergency

Our local Police substation is located at 7451 North Beach Street. The representative for Crawford Farms will

Neighborhood
Crime Watch (NCW) Committee
The Crawford Farms Safety Advisory Committee has launched a community effort to gain 100% participation in the Neighborhood Crime Watch program. This committee
provides information and participation in Neighborhood Crime Watch. Your

Pool Committee

The Crawford Farms Pool Committee is a group of residents who work together
to help enforce pool rules, make decisions on purchases of pool accessories, and
plan for the future of the Crawford Farms Swim Club. For pool reservations,
