Please plan to attend the 2016 Annual Meeting next Tuesday, January 26, 2016. We will be reviewing the association's accomplishments in 2015, plans for 2016 and association financials. We will also be electing two (2) members to the Board of Directors.

At this time, you should have received your notice, absentee ballot and nominee bios in the mail. They are also attached to this email for your convenience and can be found on the association's website, www.crawfordfarmshoa.com. Please take a moment to review this information and cast your vote. If you choose to attend the meeting, any in-person vote will prevail.

This year you also have the opportunity to vote online! Your mailed notice should have contained a registration code, specific to your address. You may vote online by visiting https://crawfordfarms.ivotehoa.com.

Finally, we will also be offering a "Meet the Candidates" forum prior to our annual meeting for homeowners to meet and ask any additional questions to the candidates. This forum will begin at 6:00 PM and will end promptly at 6:55 PM.
