Homeowners Association (HOA)

What is the management company for the community?
FirstService Residential (FSR) is the management company for the community.  See the Association Management page for more details.

What is FSRConnect?
FSRCOnnect is a portal provided by our management company, FirstService Residential, where you can see details about your account, property, and the HOA.  You can see yor account balance and payments.  You can see your past ACC projects.  There is a resident directory available.  There are also HOA documents, covenants, and meeting minutes available.  FSRCOnnect can be accessed at http://texas.fsrconnect.com/crawfordfarms.

How can I get added to the HOA's email notifications?
Update your email address contact information in FSRConnect at http://texas.fsrconnect.com/crawfordfarms to get added to the distribution list.

When is the community pool open and available for use?
The Crawford Farms Swim Club is generally open during the summer, from May through September.  However, the dates are approved by the Board of Directors each year, and may vary.  The pool is generally daily open from 6AM to 9PM during these months, and may sometimes close due to inclemate weather.  For more details on the community pool, see Pool Information.

What is the closest fire station to the Crawford Farms?
The closest fire station is Fort Worth Fire Station #37 at 4721 Ray White Road, Fort Worth, TX 76248.

What police department patrol division is zoned for Crawford Farms?
Crawford Farms is part of the Fort Worth Police Department's North Division.  See their website at http://www.fortworthpd.com/divisions/north-division.aspx for more details on the North Division.

What are the closest public library?
There are three public libraries that are close to the community.  The Keller Public Library is located at 640 Johnson Rd, Keller, TX 76248.  The Fort Worth Library - Summerglen Branch is located at 4205 Basswood Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76137.  The Watauga Public Library is located at 7109 Whitley Rd, Watauga, TX 76148.  The Fort Worth Library - Summerglen Branch is the closest library residents can register in Fort Worth, but TexShare allows people to use all public libraries in Texas.

Schools

What is the school district or ISD?
Keller Independent School District (Keller ISD) is the ISD for Crawford Farms.

    - Middle School: Timberview Middle
    - High School: Timber Creek High

Are there any charter schools near the community?
International Leadership of Texas is a new nearby public charter school with K-8 and High School.

Utilities

What are the available television (TV), internet, and telephone service provider options?
DIRECTV, Dish Network, OneSource Communications, Verizon FiOS.  OneSource Communications has limited coverage in Crawford Farms; a call to their customer service can help you determine if the services are available for you.

What are the available electrical service provider options?
The community is part of a co-op with Tri-County Eletric Co-Op, Inc.  This is the only service provider available for electricity.

When is garbage and recycling collection?
Garbage is collected every Monday, with arrangements made on certain holidays.  For more details on Fort Worth's garbage collection, see http://fortworthtexas.gov/solidwaste/garbage/.

When is bulk trash or waste collection?
Bulk waste is collected monthly.  Bulk waste in Crawford Farms is collected on the week of the first Monday of the month.  For more details on Fort Worth's bulk waste collection, see http://fortworthtexas.gov/solidwaste/bulk/.

What are the available water utility services?
Water is provided by the city of Fort Worth.  Information on the Water Department can be found at http://fortworthtexas.gov/water/.  You can view your account information online at http://fortworthtexas.gov/h2online/.

What are the water restrictions for the area of the community?
Fort Worth, along with several areas in North Texas, will usually enact water restrictions due to drought conditions in the area.  Water restrictions are tracked as stages.  Currently, Fort Worth has adopted a twice per week lawn watering schedule, with watering prohibited between 10AM and 6PM.  Residential addresses ending in 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 are allowed to water on Wednesday and Saturday.  Residential addresses ending in 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 are allowed to water on Thursday and Sunday.  For more information on watering restrictions and drought conditions, see http://fortworthtexas.gov/water/.
