PETITION - We understand that a petition is being circulated in regards to legal representation for the homeowners of Crawford Farms.  The Board has received several items of correspondence from homeowners wanting to make an informed decision.  As many of you know, there was a meeting held October 7, 2008, so that an informed decision could be made.  Due to lack of participation at the meeting, the open question forum prior too, as well as the expense, the Board saw no need to progress this matter further.  Please log in to PremierConnect to view the minutes posted from that meeting.

NEW AMENITIES - Tiffany Sheppard is working on a January proposal for future amenities which include shade or shade trees for the playground, sprayground in the pool area, tennis court, and basketball court.  If there are any other amenities that you would like to see added to Crawford Farms, please e-mail Tiffany at boardofdirectors@crawfordfarmshoa.com so she can research it further.  This is the time to voice your opinion!  A vote to increase our amenities will be held at the annual meeting in January.

STREETS - Just a reminder that the streets are not owned by Crawford Farms HOA and any issues related to them need to be reported to the City of Ft. Worth.  You can find the correct contacts and a lot of other useful information at http://www.fortworthgov.org/.

*WEBSITE* - The purpose of Crawford Farms HOA website is to use this wonderful media tool as the MAIN portal to communicate with all the homeowners.  We are using this media tool to update homeowners of meetings, events, alerts, informational portals for our community and local information.   This is set up to be a one stop directory.

Residents may request posting an ad on the bulletin board area or placing a notification on the Lost and Found area.

ALL ADS UNDER THE BULLETIN BOARD AND LOST AND FOUND WILL BE DELETED AUTOMATICALLY AFTER BEING 60 DAYS.  If you need or want your ad placed back after 60 days, please resubmit. 
Ads may be for Business/Services (such as lawn mowing, babysitting, roofing, etc.)  or classifieds. Ads and web pages may not contain or be linked to objectionable material.

Lost and Found may be for anything under that nature such as dogs, cats, material objects, etc.  Please remember that you cannot post anything type of signs or flyers on light posts, stop signs or street signs.

Crawford Farms HOA website is a family oriented website and all material must be appropriate for all ages. All hyperlinks must ensure that all websites visited from Crawford Farms HOA have material that is appropriate for all age groups.

All information must be approved by the communications committee, webmaster and Board of Directors.
