Title Transfer

If you just closed on the purchase of your home in Crawford Farms, congratulations! It may take several weeks for the ownership change information to be updated in the association’s systems. When that happens, we only receive your name and address. One of the first things that you should do is let the association know that you are in place. Please update us by filling out the form below.

Resident Portal

Once your title transfers, you may register for resident portal access. This is an amazing platform to keep your information up to date, see any outstanding balance, any compliance issues, review governance and board business as well as financial disclosures 24/7.

Assessments

If you close on your home in the middle of the year, your title company should prorate the amount due for the remainder of the year and collect that amount at closing. If you just closed and still have a balance, please notify your title company so that they may connect with us to remedy the issue.

Assessments are set every fall by the board of director’s budget resolution as it is approved in open session. Billing occurs late November and assessments are due every January 1st. The board has granted a 30-day grace period prior to late fee assessment. Once that lapses, delinquency actions begin according to our collections policy filed with the county. There are many ways to pay. Learn more and pay your assessment by clicking the button below.
