Pool can be accessed using a phone app or keyfob. You need to sign the pool waiver if you have never had access to the pool.

Pool Waiver and Keyfob Request

  1. Go to SpectrumAM.com. At the top left of the page, click “Homeowners” and “Account Login.”

  2. Click “Account Login” on the page that opens. This will take you to the Crawford Farms page on the Spectrum website.

  3. Click “Amenities” tab. Then click “Your Amenities.” This page has the pool waiver to sign and the form to request a keyfob.

Phone Access

All households must have a PDK app on their phone and contact Spectrum Management to access the pool area by smart phone.

  1. Download the PDK (Prodatakey) app

  2. Follow the steps above to sign the pool waiver.

  3. You will receive a time-sensitive email in your junk mail from Prodatakey. Click the link from your phone, and it will load the credentials to your app.

When you want to enter the pool, open the PDK app on your phone. Click on “Crawford Farms swim center” and then hold down on the gate you want to open. Watch demo

Group Reservations

Residents may bring up to 4 guests per household without a reservation. Reservations for pool parties are required two weeks in advance for 5-15 guests and can be made by logging into the Spectrum website.

  2. Click “Account Login” on the page that opens. This will take you to the Crawford Farms page on the Spectrum website.

  3. Click “Amenities” tab. Then click “Reserve an Amenity.”

No Lifeguard on Duty — swim at your own risk

We recommend that no one swim alone. Pool monitors will be on duty during peak hours to help ensure pool rules are being followed and that the pool facility is properly closed each day.

Physical sign-in with a pool monitor is required to maintain records of residents without access.

Conflict with a pool monitor who is enforcing the pool rules will not be tolerated and can result in loss of access.

Emergencies and pool issues

In case of medical emergency, call 911. An emergency phone is available outside the pool entrance.

For pool issues, call Spectrum at 972-992-3444 during office hours or 24/7 at 817-900-1899 . Examples of pool issues include:

  • Bluetooth or keychain fob access issues

  • Broken/damaged equipment

  • Graffiti or other vandalism

  • Toilet not working

  • Pool monitor concerns

Crawford Farms Pool Rules

These rules must be agreed to annually by any household that wants to access the pool. Violation of these rules can result in loss of access to the pool area.

  1. Adult supervision is required for persons under the age of 16

  2. The pool and pool area are for the exclusive use of residents and their guests—violators will be prosecuted

  3. No running or roughhousing

  4. No diving or jumping off the ledge

  5. No abusive language, loud music, or excessive noise

  6. No rafts or floats allowed

  7. Extended breath-holding activities are prohibited

  8. Do not eat or drink while in the pool—food and beverages may be consumed in the cabana area only

  9. No grills or grilling and open flames and fireworks are prohibited.

  10. Glass items are not allowed in the pool area

  11. Dispose of all trash in trash bins

  12. Alcohol consumption in or near the pool area is prohibited

  13. Smoking in or near the pool area is prohibited

  14. Pets are prohibited in the pool area

  15. Bikes, scooters, skateboards, and motorized vehicles are prohibited in the pool area

  16. Showering before entering the pool is required

  17. Do not use the pool if you have an infectious disease or have been ill with diarrhea within the past 2 weeks

  18. Do not change diapers within 6 feet of the pool

  19. Swimwear only—no jeans or street clothes allowed

  20. Residents may bring up to 4 guests per household without a reservation

  22. The pool can only be used during operation hours posted during the pool season

  23. Crawford Farms HOA assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or loss, theft, or damage to personal property or objects left in the pool area
