We appreciate all our homeowners who attended the annual meeting in January or gave their opinion in our recent capital improvement survey. Based on homeowner feedback, the Board of Directors is moving forward with further investigation and a formalized proposal for adding a splash pad at the amenity center. The Board will make an official decision at the upcoming board meeting in April in which a formal presentation will be given on the scope of work and long-term effects on association dues. We encourage all homeowners who can attend to do so and share your feedback or ask your questions. If you cannot attend the upcoming board meeting, we still want to hear from you! At the meeting in April, we will also have someone present to answer questions about the park area on Crawford Farms Drive between Waverly and Old Denton. This individual will explain the history of this area. We do want all residents to know that mosquito prevention measures have been and will continue to be in place for this area.
